Who we are

Introduction Video is operated by Pianitos AB (Sweden). We act as the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect

  • Recordings you create on this site, hosted via our video provider Ziggeo.
  • First name and email, if you provide them on the Save-Video step, used to prefill the Creem checkout and to send you a reminder to complete payment if you don't finish (see Checkout reminders below).
  • Payment metadata (e.g. request id, amount, status) from our payment processor Creem. Card details are handled by Creem and never reach us.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent (the GDPR checkbox you tick on the Save-Video step) for storing your name and email before payment. We rely on contract performance for processing your payment and hosting the video you bought.

Checkout reminders

If you tick the consent box on the Save-Video step and then start checkout but don't finish paying, our payment processor Creem may send you reminder emails — to the address you entered — with a link to complete your purchase. The legal basis is your consent. These reminders stop once you pay or after Creem's short reminder window, and you can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. We don't use your email for any other marketing.

How long we keep it

  • Videos: 3 months on the standard plan, 12 months on the extended plan, from the date of payment. You can delete your own video recordings at any time.
  • Unpaid recordings: purged automatically within a month if payment never completes.
  • Payment records: Creem acts as our merchant of record and retains the customer transaction record (including card details) under their own legal obligations. The payment metadata we receive from Creem (request id, amount, status) is stored by us. Payouts received from Creem — are retained for 7 years as required by Swedish accounting law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Contact us at our contact email address to make a request.

Cookies & local storage

We don't use cookies or storage for advertising or cross-site tracking, and we don't load analytics cookies — so we don't show a cookie banner. The only storage we set is strictly necessary to deliver the recording you ask for.

  • Your in-progress recording (first-party). Your browser's session storage temporarily holds your current take — the video reference, its length, and a one-time secure code — so it survives the move from recording to payment to upload. It's cleared automatically once your video is saved, and is gone when you close the tab. We don't set any first-party cookies.
  • Recorder & checkout (third-party). The Ziggeo recorder/player and the Creem checkout load only to provide the recording and payment you requested. These providers may set their own cookies or storage needed to operate their tools; Creem's checkout runs on Creem's own page.

If we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we'll ask for your consent.
